In the village of Kok-Oy in Talas district, the opening ceremony of the new building for the investigative unit of the Talas District Department of Internal Affairs, built at the expense of the Bakubat Talas Fund, took place.

In early 2017, residents of the villages of Bakay-Ata district of Talas oblast – Kyzyl-Oktyabr, Madaniyat, Urmaral, Kok-Tash and Tash-Kuduk – addressed the Bakubat Talas Fund with a request to help solve the drinking water issue.

The construction of the house was made possible thanks to the participation of the Alliance Altyn company and the Bakubat Talas Fund. В рамках реализации социального пакета для жителей Таласской области и во исполнение решений Наблюдательного совета Фонда благосостояния «Бакубат Талас» в 2017 году на строительство служебного дома было выделено 3 миллиона 35 тысяч 227 сомов.

As of June 30, 2017, soft loans have been issued to 259 borrowers of Talas oblast under the Bakubat loan product of JSCB Kyrgyzstan within the targeted lending to small and medium businesses in Talas region for a total amount of 69,950,000 KGS.

The Supervisory Board considered applications and requests received by the Fund from institutions, organizations and residents of Talas province, of which 90 were registered over the past period. As a result of the study and discussion by members of the SB, 17 most significant projects were selected for a total amount of 8,478,693 KGS

At the first organizational meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Bakubat Talas Fund, a number of issues were considered and several decisions were made, one of which was the approval and ratification of an agreement with Commercial Bank Kyrgyzstan OJSC to set the rate of 8 % per annum on the loan within the target financing of small and medium businesses.

The Supervisory Board of 7 people is fully formed, the first meeting was held. The meeting reviewed the submitted social projects and decided to fund 5 projects for a total of 4 million KGS.
