Housewarming of the investigative department of the Talas District DIA, in a facility built at the expense of Bakubat Talas

In the village of Kok-Oy in Talas district, the opening ceremony of the new building for the investigative unit of the Talas District Department of Internal Affairs, built at the expense of the Bakubat Talas Fund, took place. According to Bolot Omuraliev, head of the Talas District Department of Internal Affairs, previously the conditions for the district police officers' work, to put it mildly, left much to be desired. The investigators were forced to work in an old, rundown building that was in a state of disrepair and had long been subject to demolition. Since 1992, which is the last 25 years, not even a cosmetic repair of the main building of the DDIA has been carried out. The police station in Chat-Bazar also needed an overhaul.

In this regard and in order to ensure normal working conditions for employees, he sought assistance from various authorities, including the Bakubat Talas Fund established by the Alliance Altyn LLC, which holds the license to exploit the Jeruy deposit. Having studied the situation, and having considered the draft prepared, the Supervisory Board of the Bakubat Talas Fund allocated 2 million 300 thousand KGS. Another 700,000 KGS were provided by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

A new modern building for the investigation department of the district DIA, a canteen and a bathhouse for police officers were built in a brief period of time. The main building of the district DIA and the building of the Chat-Bazar Village Police Department were also overhauled.

The opening ceremony was attended by K. Musaev, Deputy General Director of Alliance Altyn LLC, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Fund, K. Osmonbekov, First Deputy Government Representative of the Kyrgyz Republic in Talas oblast, I. Kasymbaev, Head of the Department of Internal Affairs of Talas oblast, B. Nurzhanov, Akim of Talas district, heads of district institutions and organizations, police veterans.

The regional and district authorities as well as veterans of the police congratulated the police officers on the housewarming and expressed gratitude to Bakubat Talas Fund and Alliance Altyn LLC for their assistance in the socio-economic development of the region. In turn, K. Musaev congratulated those present on Defender of the Fatherland Day and handed gifts to the employees of the police department.
