Alliance Altyn Limited Liability Company was established by Vostok-Geoldobycha Open Joint Stock Company and registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on June 2, 2015 in the village of Sasyk-Bulak, Talas district, Talas Region.

The main working principles of Alliance Altyn LLC are:

• compliance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;
• the use of advanced technologies and management methods that ensure economic efficiency, industrial safety and environmental protection;
• working interaction with the state and local communities.

Alliance Altyn LLC holds a license to develop the Jeruy gold deposit and a license to explore for gold in the Jeruy area. The Talas Gold Mining Plant (TGMP) was built to exploit the Jeruy.

In 2015, geological, topographic and geodesic works, engineering and environmental studies, as well as the development of technological regulations for ore processing were initiated at Jeruy.

In April 2017, construction of roads and infrastructure began at the Jeruy production site.

In November 2019, ore mining started at Jeruy.

In March 2020, the gold recovery plant and the TGMP tailings storage facility were put into operation.

The amount of investments in Jeruy at the time of launching the processing complex of TGMP (June 2015 – March 2020) was $410 million. The total amount of investments in the Jeruy project (including open-pit and underground mining operations, technical equipment of the processing complex) is estimated at $600 million.
