The construction of the house was made possible thanks to the participation of the Alliance Altyn company and the Bakubat Talas Fund.

As part of implementing a social package for residents of Talas oblast and in pursuance of decisions of the Supervisory Board of the Bakubat Talas Welfare Fund, 3 million 35 thousand 227 KGS were allocated for the construction of a service house in 2017.

The contractor, Bivicom Ltd, built a modern two-apartment house for employees of the Talas Oblast Department of Internal Affairs in six months.

On September 15, an official house handover ceremony was held in Talas. Senior Lieutenant Nurlan Tashmatov and Captain Anzor Khasanov, who have served in the police for many years and were on the waiting list for housing, received the keys to the apartments.

The opening of the house was attended by the plenipotentiary representative of the government in Talas province D. Kenekeev, Deputy Director of Alliance Altyn Company K. Musaev, and the head of the Talas Province Department of Internal Affairs I. Kasymbekov. Veterans of the police noted that a house for policemen was built for the first time in 40 years.
