Alliance Altyn has paid KGS18.6bn taxes to the budget of Kyrgyzstan since 2015 through May 2024. Part of this amount, 927.4M was transferred last month alone, hitting an all-time high in monthly taxes over the past three years in a row.

To top it off, the company has transferred KGS1.3bn as “2 % of profits for the development and maintenance of local infrastructure” since April 2021 through May 2024. Of this, 655.2M was allocated to Talas Region Development Fund, 393.1M to Talas District Development Fund, and 262M to Shumkar-Uya Rural Administration Development Fund.

Alliance Altyn paid almost KGS2.8M for the use of surface water in April 2024. Also, KGS14.3M was paid for Q1 2024 emissions.

To date, Alliance Altyn’s staff includes 752 shift workers, as well as 532 residents of Talas region (243 of them from the rural administration of Shumkar-Uya). With contractor staff on site, the total headcount reaches 1.4 thousand people.
