The Alliance Altyn LLC trade union made the first payments according to the labor contract.

The contract provides for the payment of a one-time allowance of 10 thousand KGS for the funeral of close relatives of the company employees. As of today, 11 people received such payments for a total of 110 thousand KGS.

There are also lump sum benefits in the amount of 5 thousand KGS to employees who have reached 50, 55, 60 and 65 years of age (with at least 5 years of continuous service within the company). Four employees received corresponding payments for a total of 20 thousand KGS.

In addition, there is a lump sum payment of 5 thousand KGS on the occasion of the marriage of a company employee. Three people received this money.

Another nine employees received one-time allowances in the amount of 3 thousand KGS in relation to the birth of a child. The total amount of payments was 27 thousand KGS.

Recall that the collective agreement was signed in September 2021 by Sabir Rakhmatov, CEO of Alliance Altyn LLC, and Kubat Bolotkanov, chairman of the trade union committee. The contract was drawn up taking all the suggestions of the union members into account and is fully compliant with the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Its main goal is to create the most comfortable conditions for work in the company.
