Alliance Altyn LLC, which is developing the Jeruy deposit, sent its workers and equipment to assist employees of the Ministry of Transport and the Presidential Envoy in the Talas region in clearing the Talas — Bishkek highway.

On the Otmok Pass, the company's heavy equipment has been fighting the consequences of heavy snowfall and icy conditions for the second day in a row. "Eight employees of Alliance Altyn - drivers, loader operators and road workers - are currently working there, led by Bakyt Anapiyayev, head of the road transport shop. They use three units of special equipment - a front-end loader, an all-terrain vehicle-towing truck, and dump truck for backfilling of inert materials and sand-gravel mixture. Alliance Altyn employees work in two shifts. They not only clear the road and open the pass, but also help jammed trucks and tractors out of the snowdrifts," said Timur Otorbaev, deputy chief mechanic at the Talas Gold Mining Plant.
