Alliance Altyn held an environmental event in honour of the World Environment Day. On June 5, company employees, led by acting CEO Sabir Rakhmatov, cleaned up spontaneous garbage pits at the Talas oblast entrance. They picked up household waste, plastic bottles and other garbage along the two-kilometer-long route at the highest point of the Otmok Pass (3,326 m). Three tons of garbage were collected and removed.
