On July 22-24, the final certification of participants in the training program for workers and supporting personnel was held at the Jeruy production site. A total of 193 local people have been trained so far. The 2nd and 3rd stages of training have been completed:

• Establishment of a personnel reserve to start open-pit mining operations at the Jeruy PS;
• Operational equipment maintenance team support for the cold start of the Mill's process equipment.

Preparations are now underway for 4th stage of the training, on the subject of supporting the operating equipment maintenance team for the cold start of the Mill's process equipment — 2nd stage. The 4th stage is set to commence on August 19.
