45 chosen participants will be trained in a variety of specialties. It will last a month, and based on its results, the best candidates will be hired by Alliance Altyn. Only residents of Talas oblast are selected for training. According to the license agreement, 80 % of employees at the Jeruy mine must be residents of the region.
