On August 28, 2015, the State Agency on Geology and Mineral Resources under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic issued a 4230 AE license for the right to use subsurface resources for the purpose of development of Jeruy deposit, valid until August 28, 2035 to Alliance Altyn LLC (a subsidiary of Vostokgeoldobycha OJSC), as well as a 4231 AP license for the right of subsoil use with the purpose of geological prospecting works on the Jeruy area, valid until August 28, 2020.
