The staff training program includes several steps:

• conducting a certification committee, selecting participants;
• organization of the training process at Vocational Lyceum No. 110 in the village of Manas, Talas district;
• internship at the Jeruy mine.

Recruitment of students by profession:

1. carrier driver;
2. vehicles and machinery repairman;
3. electrician;
4. wireman;
5. slingsman;
6. storekeeper.

Applicant Requirements:

1. 18 years of age or older;
2. completed secondary education;
3. knowledge of the Kyrgyz language (to know and be able to communicate);
4. knowledge of the Russian language (above average level).
