Alliance Altyn organized free holidays for children from underprivileged families in Talas oblast

July 12 ended the first shift at the children's health center Barchyn, located in a picturesque place in the Talas valley: in the forest, on the bank of the Talas River.

This year, the first residents were 180 children from low-income families in Talas province – 30 children from each district of Talas province, Talas City and Bekmoldo aiyl aimak.

All costs of accommodation, food, transportation to and from the camp were covered by the Bakubat Talas Welfare Fund, established by the Alliance Altyn LLC, which holds the license to exploit the Jeruy deposit. A total of 550 thousand KGS were spent on the arrangement of summer holidays for children from low-income families.

In addition, early this year the Bakubat Talas Fund allocated 1 million KGS towards the total renovation of the children center's roof, which was commissioned in the mid-70s and has not been repaired since. In other words, normal conditions for recreation were provided this year.

The teaching staff of the Center put all their knowledge, skills and experience to ensure that the children had a good vacation. The children worked with experienced teachers, who taught them to sing, draw, dance, and contributed to the development of the young prodigies' talents. The children also got the opportunity to communicate with their peers, many of them became friends.

The kids had a sports complex with a volleyball court, a soccer field, a swimming pool, tennis tables, etc.

The akim of Talas District, the heads of the Alliance Altyn LLC and the Bakubat Talas Fund were present at the closing ceremony of the first shift at the Barchyn CRC.

Representatives of the Alliance Altyn company gave the children gifts and brought sports equipment to the CRC. At the end of the first shift, the children arranged a large-scale flash mob and a concert program, amazing the guests of the festival with their abilities. Yrys Raimkulova, the director of the Barchyn CRC, expressed her deep gratitude to Alliance Altyn LLC and the Bakubat Talas Fund for their support.
