On April 7, Alliance Altyn held a volunteer clean-up day and an event dedicated to the landscaping of the area adjacent to the mine in the Bekmoldo rural area of Talas district.

On this day, together with the team of the company, which owns the license to exploit the Jeruy field, the deputy chairman of SCIESU A. Saparaliev, the head of the Bekmoldo village administration K. Moldobekov, deputies of the local council and students of the secondary school named after A. Borubaev in the Kara-Oi village worked beside each other.  

According to Deputy CEO of Alliance Altyn Kolbay Musaev, from the very beginning of its activities, the company has prioritized environmental safety and security issues. All work in this direction is carried out in strict accordance with the legislation of Kyrgyzstan and existing international standards. According to him, this clean-up is also dedicated to the improvement of ecology and was held as part of the activities for the landscaping of the surrounding area and environmental care.

During the clean-up day, trash was removed along the road to the mine within a length of over 4 km from the village of Kara-Oi. After trash removal, about one thousand saplings of silver poplar and birch were planted in the same area and along the Chon-Chichkan riverbed.
