On February 20, 2023, Eco Montis company presented the first products made from waste at the Talas mayor’s office.

Construction of the waste processing plant started in Talas city last summer. It was financed by Alliance Altyn company, which granted KGS 6 million on an interest-free basis.

Eco Montis manufactures essential products required by the mayor’s office. According to the Mayor Askar Shabdanov, Talas Water Company, which helps manage the safety of mines with underground water, will get 50 plastic manholes, 400 dustpans, and 300 clothes hangers.

Askar Shabdanov thanked Alliance Altyn and its management for supporting the launch of such companies, and for providing financial support to the local sugar factory, brick factory, and sewing shop.

Waste processing plant is located outside Talas, in Kalba rural area. The project was proposed by Eco Montis. The plant can process up to 200 tons of waste per month. In less than a year, the citizens can enjoy the first results of the project. Today, the businesses supported by Alliance Altyn are successfully operating and helping local social institutions.
