A local construction company from Talas district, Arlan LLC, fully completed the renovation work and opened a hotel for 50 people, two dormitories for 300 people, and a canteen with all the necessary cooking equipment. More than 50 residents of Talas district, mostly from Bekmoldo rural area, were involved in repair and construction work at these sites.

The hotel and both dormitories are now fully operational. They house about 60 employees of Alliance Altyn and contractors working on a shift basis. Cleaning and catering services are provided by Smak LLC from the village of Kara-Oy. Utility services are provided by Nurdat LLC from the village of Sasyk-Bulak. A total of 22 residents from Bekmoldo rural area are involved in serving the canteen and dormitories.

In addition, Arlan LLC, registered in Talas district, carried out the entire scope of work and commissioned open and closed warehouses in accordance with the established procedure.

Bishkek specialized AsiaWaterBuild LLC and BadenStroy LLC finished construction and installation works of a 6.9 MW boiler house and a fuel warehouse with a fuel-dispensing complex with a capacity of 600 cubic meters. More than half of the employees of these companies are locals. Currently, commissioning work is underway at these sites.

To date, the construction of engineering networks (heat, water and sewage) and water treatment facilities is nearing completion; they are being prepared for commissioning in the second decade of October. The construction and installation of equipment is performed by a specialized company Profit-Express LLC.

Construction and installation work on the Central Checkpoint is in full swing. The work here is scheduled for completion by the end of 2018. The contractor is the Talas-registered Decor LLC.

The roads of the lower cluster are commissioned. The work was done by Zhagalmay LLC from Kara-Kul, as well as by Zholchu LLC and Talas Ken Kurulush LLC.

The construction of the ore road is also nearing completion. It is planned to fully commission this facility at the beginning of this October.

Thus, it can be stated that all the necessary infrastructure facilities of the Jeruy deposit's processing complex are under active construction, and this fact allows to say with confidence that the Talas gold mining plant will begin to work in the foreseeable future, and over 1,000 people will get a permanent well-paid job.
