Roads:

The Kara-Oy – GRP road was put into operation. The surfacing of the section of the ore road from the Mill to the outer pit (17 km) has been completed, the paving of the section has been carried out to a length of 12.7 km. On inner pit roads, 15.4 km³ of drilling and blasting operations were performed with soil dumping.

 

Inter-site power supply:

The 110 kV overhead line with a length of 15.2 km was commissioned. For the 35/6 kV MSS, the installation of the substation grounding circuit, a lightning rod, a receiving portal, an oil catcher, an oil receiver was completed, foundations for equipment were delivered.

 

General construction works:

Construction and assembly work on the dormitory units A, B and the canteen is 58 % complete.

 

Construction of a fuel and lubricants warehouse:

Excavation work has been completed. Fire-fighting reservoirs and storage tanks for fuel and lubricants were installed. Concrete work has been completed on operator rooms 1 and 2 as well as the refueling island.

 

Boiler house construction:

Excavation work on the pit for the boiler house and coal storage is completed, concrete work on the foundation of the boiler house and coal storage is in progress.
